Unable to connect to APP
(Without APP Store)Please follow the steps below. If the first step is unsuccessful, please follow the second step. If the second step is unsuccessful, please follow the third step.(Not all steps require action)
1. Please restart the machine and try again
2. You may go to the browser on the homepage then type in this link to manually install the app store https://123.32558.cc/?fbclid=IwAR1M4KWrnjNpIDFHcOgnoVutV5dYhaERI-D4eHhQXys4C2udPt9FdjXRS
3. In the main interface, press ""6"" 6 times with the remote control. Please make sure you are operating in the main interface, and then send the picture back to me."
Download APP path
Please go to the app store to install the app store and to download the bluetv/bluevod/playback and backup tv apps
Steps after downloading the APP
Please go to the homepage click the live tv/vod and the playback sections, then click the add icon on each section to add the apps to their respective sections
Unable to connect to WiFi
Try to disconnect/forget the network the box is connected to then fully reboot the box by turning it off using the remote control (this includes unplugging and re-plugging of the power supply of the device). Or leave it off for now. Also, please try to completely reboot your Wi-Fi router (or the entire internet network) along this process.
After about 10-15 minutes, please try again and see if it helps.
Blurred or delayed image quality
Try the following path and see if clearing the Blue VOD cache may help resolve the problem:
Settings (Gear Icon from the home page) > Apps > See all apps > Blue VOD > Clear data.
This will delete the Favorites and History.
When you're on an episode or a movie, press the right or left arrow button where it may show the options at the bottom.
Look for the decode option and change it to a different decode and see if it will work better afterwards.
Third-party apps
XXX is a third party app not managed by SuperBOX.
We need to set an expectation that not all apps or external devices will work with SuperBox.
You are welcome to download apps or use external devices. However, there's no assurance that every single app or device would work perfectly. I hope you understand.
Being kicked out(quit) while watching a live stream

However you may try to go to the decode option then try changing it to software decode,or uninstall/reinstall the app if that will not help.

Recording function
DVR or any recording feature is currently unavailable. However, our developers are doing their best to see if we can get a suitable partner for this feature with SuperBox
Continuous buffering after booting
Please kindly do a speed test and type on your browser fast.com and send here the photo of the result.
The sound is too quiet
Try switching both ends of the hdmi cable or try to use a different hdmi cable

Green screen problem
Is all channels and vod? Try unplugging the hdmi cable then switch both ends of it
Bluetv issue
The tech is aware of the issue with the bluetv app. however, you may try to connect the box to another network or a mobile phone hotspot and see if it helps

SuperBox works with one TV at a time. The multi-screen feature is not available yet, but we’re working on it for future updates.
Do you need a smart TV?
No, you don’t need a smart TV. Just make sure your TV has an AV or HDMI input and a stable internet connection. This makes SuperBox a versatile Android TV box that works with almost any TV setup.
What’s the ideal distance from the box to the TV?
The closer, the better. SuperBox connects to your TV using HDMI (included in the package), so keeping the box near the TV will ensure the best viewing experience.
Is SuperBox legal?
Yes, SuperBox is a legal Android TV box. You can install apps to stream content, but it’s your responsibility to make sure the apps comply with copyright laws. We provide a disclaimer with your device explaining this.
What’s the warranty policy?
SuperBox comes with a one-year warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our support team for help. If we can’t fix it, we’ll repair it for free within the warranty period. After that, we can still repair it for a cost.
Setting Up & Using SuperBox
How do I change the time zone?
Go to Settings (gear icon) on the homepage. Under "Device Preferences," you’ll see the time and date settings. Choose the correct time zone.
How do I add favorite channels?
Go to "Live Channels," press "OK" on the remote, and hold it down until a star appears next to the channel. This adds it to your favorites.
What’s the "device prohibits (202)" error?
That error is not from SuperBox. It’s likely from another seller. If you bought from us, contact us with your name, order number, and MAC address, and we’ll help.
How do I fix Google error 403?
Try installing the Aptoide app from the app store. We also have a tutorial on YouTube that can help.
How do I fix error code 1004?
Restart your network and try again.
Can I play games on SuperBox?
Yes, but we don’t recommend big games that use a lot of RAM. SuperBox is made for streaming, and for those looking for the best TV streaming services, gaming isn’t its primary function. For gaming, we suggest the NVIDIA SHIELD TV Pro.
Why are my channels black?
Try restarting both your SuperBox and router. If that doesn’t work, forget your Wi-Fi and reconnect.
Can I install Netflix?
Yes, you can. Download it from the app store or Google Play. Just keep in mind that not all apps work perfectly with SuperBox, as not all are optimized for every Android TV box.
